«Krasny Kotelshchik» provides a package of installation supervision services, startup and adjustment supervision services, testing services to commission boiler and boiler related auxiliary equipment, upgrading services, repair and rebuilding operations, supply of spare parts and special materials as well as performs an all-round retooling of the boiler island resulting in an increase in productivity, efficiency factor of the boiler unit and reduction in discharges.
Services provided by our company include technical supervision of installation, startup and adjustment operations, commissioning into operation of the power generating equipment, as well as warranty service, participation in planned repairs, engineering support of repairs, development of repair technologies, training customer personnel, their contractors, consulting services and post-warranty service support. We are willing to provide solutions to upgrade other manufacturers’ boilers, basing ourselves on the customer’s wishes and existing experience in upgrading and remodeling.
- Implementation of the process measures aimed at reducing nitrogen oxide discharges (use of multi-stage fuel combustion circuits, new low toxicity burners, recirculation, etc.).
- Use of hard slag removal when bitumen coals are burnt in order to reduce nitrogen oxide discharges.
- Upgrade of boiler unit components:
— reconstruction of furnace walls (replacement of furnace walls with gas tight/all welded furnace walls);
— modification of furnace and burner devices as well as organization of three stage fuel burning (reburning process) using natural gas as reducing fuel;
— use of selective non-catalyst method of NОx suppression to achieve normative NOx concentration values;
— reconstruction of the dust preparation system and high concentration dust supply system;
— reconstruction of dust, gas and air ducts.
- Reconstruction of gas and furnace oil boilers ТGМP-314 and ТGМP-344 with an add-on of a combustion turbine unit of gas-turbine plant (combustion turbine unit with discharge of gases from the gas turbine into the boiler).
- Replacement with upgraded boilers (ТP-80, ТP-87 with ТP-87М; ТP-170 with TP170М; ТP-230 with ТP-230М; ТGМ-84 with ТGМ-84М), designed to replace the boilers which have reached the end of their service life while retaining, subject to diagnostics results, the foundation, boiler carcass and drum.
- Boiler upgrade (ТP-216М, ТP-100М, ТPP-110М, PК-33М, P-50 and P-50М, P-57-R and P-57-R, BKZ 640-140 PТ М ) depending on the type in order to:
— increase energy efficiency (increase efficiency factor);
— raise the temperature of the main steam;
— increase the boiler production;
— reduce NОx discharges;
— reduce discharges of hard particulates;
— achieve up to date SOx concentration indicators;
— stop using auxiliary fuel within the load range between 100-70 Dnom;
— reduce air infiltration.
- Modernization of gas air heater seals for greater reduction in the level of air flows.
