CEO of Krasny Kotelshchik Alexander Popov has Met with Journalists
Company’s revenue for the 1st half of the year 2016 amounted to 7.6 billion rubles, which is 32% more comparing with the corresponding period of the year 2015. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortization) is 976.1 million rubles. The net profit is 364.4 million rubles. Key financial figures are showing strong growth, the reason of which is the high production load. Today this load is more than 100%. The boilermakers’ purpose is to produce about 16 thousand tons of product, while completing all the projects efficiently and on time.
Journalists were interested in social program of Krasny Kotelshchik as well. The Boiler-Making Works is one of the largest taxpayers in Rostov region and Taganrog. The volume of tax deductions at the end of the 1st half year amounted to 75.7 million rubles. This year Krasny Kotelshchik was one of the first enterprises of Taganrog where salaries of its employees were raised. Since the 1st of April, due to indexation, boilermakers’ income increased by an average of 6%. Today, the average salary at the plant is about 38 thousand rubles. Besides paying respectable wages to the employees, the priority goals of TKZ management include the improvement of social conditions of employees. In 2016 the company plans to spend about 30 million rubles for these purposes.
"We think it is normal to create the most comfortable and safe working conditions for our employees. Each employee is provided with modern means of individual protection. Careful attention is paid to the collective health: preventive examinations are carried out at the plant, all boilermakers can visit the medical unit any day where they can get professional medical care. Annually, the boilermakers and their families go to the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov for vacation. The collective agreement is being implemented fully," Alexander Popov emphasized.
Today Krasny Kotelshchik is one of the most attractive employers in the industry of the Don, which certainly contributes to solving the problem of employment in the region. In 2016 TKZ started employing production specialists. At present, about 150 workers joined the company, it is scheduled to employ 60 more people until the end of the year. The company hires both qualified professionals with experience and the trainees, providing them with training in the workplace.
The boilermakers extend their own competence, carry out re-equipment of the plant, while completing the staff of professionals. The total volume of investments in production modernization amounted to more than 1 billion rubles over the last 5 years. Transfer to structure without workshops has been finished, concentration of production facilities has been started. At the same time, the centralization of functional services of Krasny Kotelshchik and Power Machines is in the process. The performed measures are aimed at optimizing management levels and improvement of operational efficiency.
