“Krasny Kotelshchik” Invites Production Specialists
The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ) continues expanding the staff of production-speciality employees. Replenishment of the staff with the new personnel is conditioned by the high workload of the company, up to 150%. Significant portion in the backlog of orders of TKZ belongs to NPP projects.
TKZ’s staff of production workers currently comprises 904 specialists. 139 new specialists were engaged only in the year 2019. It is planned to engage around 100 specialists in 2020 due to the workload increase. TKZ needs fitters, welders, drillers, turning-and-boring lathe operators, grinders, tool-makers and heat treatment operators.
The company invites both qualified specialists and trainees; the latter will be trained directly at TKZ. The training can take from three to five months depending on the level of education and skills of a trainee. During the training the trainees will be paid apprenticeship allowance.
“Krasny Kotelshchik” guarantees a sustainable wage to every employee. TKZ, one of the first among other Taganrog companies, annually raises wages. Owing to the indexation the income of TKZ’s employees traditionally increases on the 1st of April. Further to the stable wages, the company also provides its employees with decent labor conditions.
