PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik” will fulfill the order of Surgutskaya GRES-1, JSC “OGK-2”

The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ) will supply a group of three high-pressure heaters PVD-775 complete with a fast-acting protection system to Surgutskaya GRES-1 of JSC “OGK-2”. This project will be a well-connected continuation of the successful business relationship between the two companies.

Earlier, TKZ equipped with modern tube systems high-pressure heaters PVD-650 installed at Surgutskaya GRES-1. Today, the specialists from the Taganrog enterprise are designing new equipment - PVD-775 heaters. The beginning of their production is scheduled for July 2020, the delivery to the facility - for January 2021. The equipment will be manufactured in accordance with applicable norms and standards, with adherence to the technical assignment of the station.

These heaters will be installed in the boiler-and-turbine workshop No. 1 of Unit No. 6 of Surgutskaya GRES-1. The scheduled replacement of equipment that has exhausted its performance potential will increase the efficiency of Power Unit No. 6. In addition, it will ensure the stable operation of the station, which is one of the main sources of electric power for the Western Siberia and Urals regions, and also provides heat supply to Surgut.
