The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” Announces Appointment of the Chief Executive Officer
Mikhail Klugman is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik”. The decision was taken by the Board of Directors of the Сompany.
Mikhail Klugman has many years of experience in industry and management of large enterprises. He pays much attention to implementation of new methods of management, organization and planning of production, and enhancement of labour efficiency. Before his appointment as the CEO of PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik”, Mikhail Klugman was the CEO of the Barnaul Boiler Plant “Sibenergomash-BKZ”.
In the position of the CEO of PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik”, he superseded Alexander Tarakanov who had been the CEO of the Company during the last four years.
Over the last years, at the Taganrog Boiler-Making Works there has been performed extensive modernization of production, adopted release of new range of heat-exchange equipment for nuclear power plants, HRSGs for new CCP units.
The team of the Company under the leadership of Mikhail Klugman has the tasks of further improvement of efficiency of business processes and quality of the products, especially under growing capacity conditions. Focus on creating the best in the region conditions for professional advancement and development of the personnel, enhancement of the status of the Company as an attractive and responsible employer is maintained.
Mikhail Borisovich Klugman was born in 1963.
Graduated with honours from Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in “Mechanical engineering technology, metal cutting machines and tools” and from All-Russian Part-Time Finance & Economics Institute with a degree in “Finance and credit”.
First employed in 1985 as a turner at a machine-building plant and was involved in machine building for a long period of time.
From 2000 to 2016, he held management positions in the finance & banking sector.
In 2016 Mikhail Klugman became the CEO of the Barnaul Boiler Plant “Sibenergomash-BKZ” and led the plant till he was appointed as the CEO of PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik”.
Honored with the awards of the Government of the Altai Territory, the Diploma of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
