The “Krasny Kotelshchik” team is given the highest municipal award – the Badge of Honor of the Taganrog Mayor “For Merit”.

TKZ won the prestigious city competition “The Collective Agreement is the basis of production efficiency and protection of the employees’ social-labor rights”. The enterprise is recognized as the leader in the “Development of labor resources and human resources” nomination.

“Krasny Kotelshchik” continued to introduce new technologies into the production and to improve its technical facilities. The key projects include commissioning of the painting-drying equipment and the laser cleaning plant for tube sheets and partitions forming a part of the condensers and the heaters for NPPs.

TKZ acquired a welding virtual simulator with augmented reality. It is used in the enterprise for training the apprentices of the electric welder of manual welding.
