The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works has conducted a large-scale information campaign “Go Professional”. The project combined two goals: to focus on the prestige of the profession of worker and to announce that the company is actively recruiting production staff.

“Krasny Kotelshchik” has entered the TOP 100 attractive and open employers of the country successfully developing HR processes and the company’s goodwill. The independent Rating of employers in Russia was published by the HeadHunter portal (hh.ru).

TKZ has won the regional competition “Best mentoring practices for improving labor productivity in Rostov region”. The practice “Mentor in the workplace is an effective way to adapt and train staff” presented by the company was evaluated at such a high level.

“Krasny Kotelshchik” representatives have taken part in the regional stage of the All-Russian competition for non-destructive testing. The result is two prize-winning places and the status of the best specialists in the field of non-destructive testing in Don region.

Two streets of Taganrog have been named after former CEOs of “Krasny Kotelshchik” Anatoly Parshin and Gennady Levchenko. A memorial plate in honor of Anatoly Parshin has been unveiled on the facade of an apartment building at the address 3, Frunze Street.
