PJSC «Krasny Kotelshchik» has been supplying upgraded elements, boiler components of own manufacture (since 1940-s) and boilers of other producers in Russia and the CIS, for boilers made by foreign manufacturers given the documentation is available. It is also possible for the plant to make boiler elements per the designs worked out by other companies or design organizations with their adaptation to manufacture by TKZ.
Advantages
All the components, elements and parts are manufactured according to the normative and technical documents, which are in effect as at the time of manufacture while ensuring that strength requirements are met and all the types and volumes of control and inspection foreseen by the normative and technical documents are exercised.
Upgrades are aimed at increasing reliability, improving key technical characteristics of the components, reducing labor intensity of installation operations.
Service
Designing equipment and its elements as part of the upgrade being conducted. Supply of boiler components, including major components of the boiler island within the framework of the programs for modernization of energy companies.
Engaging specialist organizations and working together with qualified and in good standing sub-contractors and suppliers only, who are in a position to ensure required quality level of performance results within assigned completion dates when performing specialized operations for this particular type of equipment. Engineering support, organizational and technical supervision as well as control over performance of work.
